Recently, Pureron Japan has been certified as a "Support for Working Women" small and medium-sized enterprises under the Fukushima Prefecture Next Generation Development Support Company Certification System. The Fukushima Prefecture Next Generation Development Support Company Certification System is a certification system for small and medium-sized enterprises that proactively support the balance between work and childcare, as well as comprehensive efforts aimed at creating a comfortable working environment where work and life can be balanced. This is a system in which the prefecture certifies companies that are in the industry. We will continue to strive to create a better environment, aiming to create a workplace where both men and women can work comfortably.

Pureron Japan Co., Ltd. has declared a "Healthy Business Declaration."
We aim to create a work environment in which all staff members can work in a healthy and energetic manner, both physically and mentally, and strive to improve their health with the goal of extending healthy lifespans.
Pureron Japan mainly engages in the following initiatives.

• Countermeasures against high blood pressure: We will install blood pressure monitors and weight scales at our offices, and use record sheets to monitor our daily health status.
• Non-smoking measures: Smoking areas are outside and completely separated from smoking areas.
• Promoting exercise: We recommend the use of the Fukushima Prefectural Citizen App. We will hold in-house events that incorporate the use of the prefectural citizen app.
• Mental health measures: We have established a mental health care hotline and have established a system where we can consult with outside experts.

[Health Business Declaration] is a project supported by the Kenpo Association and Fukushima Prefecture.
