As we welcome the year 2025, I would like to wish you a Happy New Year.
Looking back on last year, it was a year of very impressive global breakthroughs in the Japanese sports world on stages such as the Paris Olympics and the big leagues.
Meanwhile, in the world situation, in addition to Russia's invasion of Ukraine since 2022, Israel's invasion of Gaza has taken place, and there have been reports of damage caused by terrorism in various parts of the world.
Furthermore, it was a year in which we were reminded of geopolitical risks due to concerns about contingencies caused by the interference of major powers.
As the economy and the movement of people become more borderless, governments around the world are beginning to run rampant in their efforts to put their own countries first. We are entering an era where management decisions that are conscious of the tense relationship between countries are more essential than ever.

Well, this year marks 40 years since the establishment of Pure Ron Japan.
The P.J. is 19 years old. Pure Grind is 29 years old. Primet celebrated 30 years since its establishment as a subsidiary of Daido Steel.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the support of semiconductor manufacturers, semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturers, gas-related businesses, distributors, and various material suppliers who have chosen and continue to use our products for a long time.
I am also grateful for the hard work of all the staff who have worked faithfully at each group company over the years.

We will continue to create business and value based on the strengths that are unique to the Pureron Group by building a “growth story that is unique to the Pureron Group.
We will continue to strive to be the preferred choice of our customers and business partners.
On the occasion of our 40th anniversary, we will take a fresh look at the values and functions of our company.
No matter what business field we are in or what situation we face, we will never give up, but will continue to be creative and ingenious, repeat trial and error with a sense of speed, and work until we succeed, thereby building up the reputation and trust of our customers.
Our mission is to continue to challenge ourselves to create new businesses and values by finding the best ways to open up the future, without being bound by the common sense and successful experiences of the past.
We will continue to create impactful businesses all over the world as a manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and components for production lines, together with our trusted staff.
