Clean Room Work

Clean Room Work
We perform micro-shape processing and three-dimensional processing using high-performance equipment including the latest 5-axis controlled vertical machining center.

We are ideal for parts for medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, FPD manufacturing equipment, etc.
Precision Machining
We perform three-dimensional shape measurement with an accuracy of 0.1 μm. We can measure objects up to 800 mm in height and 800 kg in weight. We also perform SEM photography, gas analysis, surface roughness measurement, and contour shape measurement.
