I am Kujiraoka, who assumed the position of President and Representative Director of Purelon Japan Co., Ltd. effective September 1, 2025.
Since our founding, guided by the philosophy of “creating new value through world-class manufacturing to contribute to society and enrich people’s lives,” we have provided high-quality products and technologies across diverse fields, including semiconductors, medical devices, and precision machining. This achievement is entirely due to the dedicated efforts of our successive management teams, our valued business partners, the local community, and each and every employee. I express my deepest gratitude to all.
Recently, the pace of global developments and technological innovation has accelerated significantly, bringing major changes to the manufacturing environment. Amidst these shifts, we will further refine our Group’s technological capabilities and flexible responsiveness while accelerating our initiatives toward new values such as environmental consideration, digitalization, and human resource development.
Throughout my career, I have valued listening to the voices from the field, identifying the essence of challenges, and tackling solutions together.
